Creating Training Campaigns That Will Solidify Learning, Change Behavior, and Make You a Training Legend

In just sixty minutes of interactive professional fun (and possible chaos), the group will explore ways to personalize training, make it memorable, and ultimately change behavior. Jay will share some simple and cheap (cost effective) ways to involve your learners over a longer period of time and take your training from an event to a sustained campaign that will win the talent development war. (Those of you who don’t think there is a talent development war are just fooling yourselves—now get in line, soldier!)

Jay Naumann is just some guy who has been attending Utah ATD events for the past fourteen years. When not at ATD events, he has taught American Sign Language at Utah State University (Go Aggies!), trained people how to make quality airbags at Autoliv (we are not Takata), and managed the training department for RC Willey (your home, your way). He now works with rocket scientists at Orbital ATK (if it’s going into space, we probably built part of it). Jay is the father of four exceptional children and a wife who is above average in every single way. He enjoys astronomy, acting, and chocolate-themed travel.
