  • Are you a Pointer and a Pooper or a Leader and a Scooper?  In this lunch session you will learn the principles of The Dog Poop Initiative, by Kirk Weisler, and how how applying a single insight to work and life will improve performance, strengthen corporate culture and solidify successes in the future.  As a result of this program participants will be able to:

1. Identify the behaviors of Poopers, Pointers and Scoopers

2. Build positive team culture with lasting results

3. Demonstrate Scooper behavior

4. Facilitate practices that develop Scooper behavior

5. Have FUN doing it!
