We have never had a greater need for effective leaders in our organizations, communities, and nation. However, if leadership training fails to transform potential leaders or provide them with the right skill set, can leadership really be taught? In this session, we will introduce key concepts of Adaptive Leadership and why it is a unique methodology used around the world at the highest levels of government and business. We will diagnose typical problems and learn how to avoid the classic leadership mistake. Together we will explore properties of leadership in real time. We will discuss key leadership training design elements to help you bring your programs to the next level.
