Tyler Burningham has been with Capstone Nutrition, an Ogden, Utah manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, for over 12 years.  He is currently the Vice President of HR & Organizational Development.  Tyler is currently a member of the Executive Team focused on deliberately building a best-in-class corporate culture.  He previously worked in Human Resources and Training roles at FranklinCovey and Stampin’ Up!.

Tyler graduated from Utah State University in HR and received an MBA, with an emphasis in Organizational Development, from Westminster College. Tyler has over 20 years of experience in HR, organizational and leadership development with experience in executive coaching, and navigating the company through mergers and private equity acquisitions.  Tyler has his SPHR and SHRM-SCP accreditations and frequently facilitates and speaks for public events.  Tyler holds several teaching certifications.   

Above all, Tyler is a happy husband and father of three amazing children and one dog!  He loves to swim, bike and run - especially in marathons and triathlons.
