CHAPTER LEARNING EVENT

Performance Management
Why Corporate Goals are Useless

We will never outperform what we believe we can do. Oftentimes annual goals are embellished and/or inflated. This happens for a lot of reasons (want to look better than what we really are, pressure from above, etc.).  The key is figuring out a way to legitimately increase the beliefs of our team members. During this session, Doug will share tips and ideas on how you can help learners align with corporate strategy despite the natural human trend towards doing things like we always do. Find out what it takes to stretch outside our comfort zones.
