CHAPTER LEARNING EVENT

Performance Management

Navigating Change

"Change is the only constant" they say, yet most organizations continue to struggle with competition, fickle marketplaces, economic flux and industry regulation.

Join us for an engaging hour-long workshop on everyone's love-to-hate topic: Navigating Change. We'll discuss how individuals, teams and organizations can embrace change, become more agile, and gain a substantial competitive advantage over those who don't (or won't).

We'll discuss:

  • Why change is so difficult for some people, teams and organizations.
  • How awareness of perspective can affect what we see, how we feel, and our willingness to change.
  • Case studies on organizational change and behaviors to emulate.
  • Ways in which we can embrace change and be more agile in the face of challenge.
