  • How do the qualities of resilience and grit show up at work?

  • How have you developed perseverance, mental toughness, determination?

  • What do you do when you feel like giving up?

  • How do you maintain focus and passion for long-term goals or projects?

  • How do you "shake off" missteps, setbacks or outright failure?
