Change is fundamental to growth but change without intention is a surefire way to lose employees, customers, and the objective. As a self-professed nomad, Jake has lived in 10 cities, held dozens of job titles, specializes in identify areas for change through a customer experience lens, and loves to find comfort in the uncomfortable. Join us as we explore the pitfalls to avoid and how we can lay the groundwork for creating a community that races to embrace change as a means for growth.

Jake believes the line between playful and professional is not as big as believed and through infectiously authentic training we bridge the learning gaps to bring people together. He is passionate about encouraging a love of learning as an engine for unleashing creativity, increasing organizational efficiency, and building better relationships.
After working for nearly two decades in the non-profit sector as a Director and National Trainer focused on diversity, empathy, equity, safety, and play, Jake made the move to join Go1 to bring his unique experience to the online learning space.
He is a certified National Trainer for several organizations, avid High-Five giver, and a global adventurer.
Jake holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University.
