The TD Capability Model is something that many of us are likely familiar with, but how many of us have taken the time to go through it and use it to drive intentional individual development? In this working session, Todd will walk us through the process, provide some suggestions for effectively using the assessment and explore options, both within TD.org and external resources based on the specific results that come from the assessment.
