I’m currently a Senior HR Business Partner at Seekwell (1-800 Contacts’ parent company), specializing in coaching, organizational development, and HR support.
I help managers and teams enhance performance, overcome challenges, and grow.
I hold certifications in Clifton Strengths Coaching, Birkman Method, and Stakeholder Centered Coaching, along with a BA in Teaching, History (Ethnic Studies focus), and a Master’s in Instructional Design and Educational Technology from the University of Utah.
Raised in Long Beach, California, and Utah, my family's refugee background from Cambodia has greatly influenced my perspective and educational journey. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, exploring local food, and am passionate about sneakers, Korean dramas, and anime.
