10:15 AM | Building Leaders - Brett Beal

Building Leaders -Whether building leadership development programs for small, mid-size or Fortune 100 companies, there are some common principles to follow.  This presentation will focus on what those principles are and how those principles need to be adapted depending on the environment.  Having built leadership development programs for small organizations and now being in the midst of a leadership transformation at a Fortune 100 company, Brett will share with us some of the lessons he has learned, some of the mistakes he has made, and the guiding principles that are helping him influence the leadership development work currently underway at eBay.

Bret Beal- Brett has worked in Fortune 100 organizations, small to mid-size organizations, and start-ups.  In a variety of roles, he has always been involved in leadership development work.  Outside of his work, he loves to run, cycle, fish, hike and spend time in the outdoors with his family.
